步驟

把松子放進夾練帶後用湯匙壓碎 (put pine nuts into zipper bag and crushed it)

羅勒葉擦乾切碎,越碎越好 (cop basil leaves into very tiny pieces)

把羅勒葉、帕馬森乾酪(可不加)、鹽(適量)和橄欖油放進夾練帶後混合,青醬就自製完成了! (mix basil leaves, parmesan cheese optional, salt and olive oil in the zipper bag. Pesto sauce is done!!)

Pesto Sauce
1.松子可以拿去烤箱烤或者用炒的,這樣香味更加濃郁 (stir fry or bake the pine nut make it smell better)
2.羅勒葉記得擦乾, 保純更久 (remember to dry the basil leaves)
3.喜歡有蒜味的可以加蒜末 (add some garlic for better taste!! )
