make a well in the middle, put your sugar in the middle.

use warm water to activate the yeast, then add into the flour mixer.

knead the dough till its malleable, doesn't have to have smooth surface

in this stage, the dough will need a warm place to relax and rise, not hot, just warm.

about half an hour to an hour.

take the dough out and start kneading again till a much smoother stage. separate the dough and knead each individual dough again.

let it rise for another hour. Turn the heat to high and steam for about 20 to 30 mins.

once it springs back when you push it then it's ready. Enjoy

when you knead the dough add water accordingly. you don't want the dough to be too wet or too dry.
substitute water with milk.
