烤箱預熱 300度F/ 150度C. 將烤盤鋪上烤紙. Preheat oven to 300F/ 150C. Line baking pan with parchment paper.

把葉子撕下來剝成喜歡的大小. 洗淨後稍微晾乾. Remove leaves from the stems of the kale and roughly tear it up into large pieces. Wash the leaves and dry.

將所有乾的香料加入小碗裡後先放旁邊. Combine all dry seasoning into a bowl and set aside.

將羽衣甘藍放進攪拌盆中後加入橄欖油, 攪拌均勻. 加入乾香料, 攪拌均勻. (English instruction below)

Add Kale and then olive oil to the mixing bowl and make sure to coat thoroughly. Now sprinkle on the dry seasonings, toss to combine.

羽衣甘藍放在烤盤上, 把葉子盡量攤開. 烤20 – 25分鐘. Spread out the kale leaves onto the baking pan evenly. Bake for 20 - 25 mins.

烤盤拿出後先不動放量幾分鐘. 會讓羽衣甘藍更脆. Take out the pan and cool the kale on the baking pan for a few mins, this will make the kale chips crispier.
