步驟

將芹菜, 胡蘿蔔切絲. 蒜頭切碎, 辣椒剝碎. Shred celery and carrot. Mince garlic and red pepper.

芹菜絲, 與胡蘿蔔絲一起入水川燙, 撈出瀝乾. 放入冷水中降溫. Boil celery with shredded carrots for 1 min then take out and put into a bowl of cold water.

豆干切絲, 放入滾水中川燙, 撈出瀝乾, 放入步驟1 的冷水中降溫. 將所有撈出瀝乾備用.
