早餐漢堡肉BreakfastPatty

描述
台灣的早餐肉應該是我最想念的台灣美食, 以前上學就每天早上都要吃一個早餐漢堡或三明治. 在國外找不到道地的味道所以自己做最棒!

步驟

所有材料加入攪拌盆內. (洋蔥末, 絞肉, 紅蘿蔔, 蛋白, 與所有調味料.) Put everything into a mixing bowl. (Onion, ground pork, carrot, egg whites, and all seasonings.)

攪拌均勻. Mix Well.

將烤箱紙剪成肉片的大小. Cut some baking paper into the size of patties.

用保鮮膜包起來, 放入冷凍庫直到要使用. Plastic wrap them and put into freezer until ready to use.

要煮時:熱油鍋,將漢堡肉煎至兩面熟即可. Cooking instructions: Heat the pan with a bit of oil, pan fry the patty on both sides until fully cooked.
