越式春卷是很健康。很簡單做的。

食材

春卷皮 5
黃瓜 1
紅大蘿蔔 1

米粉 1
mint 1
basil 1
red lettuce 1
fish sauce 1 tbps
sugar 1 tbps
water 3 tbps
jalapeno 1 small
  • 1 Soak the 米粉 for 15 mins in hot water.
  • 2 Shred some carrots
  • 3 Shred some cucumbers. Do not use the insides.
  • 4 Coarsely chop some red lettuce.
  • 5 Wash the mint and the basil.
  • 6 Boil some shrimp for 2 minutes in salted water. Drain and place in cold water to stop the cooking.
  • 7 Arrange everything onto a plate.

  • 9 These are the 越式春卷皮。
  • 10 Place the 春卷皮 in hot water for a few seconds.
  • 11 Place the ingredients in order from bottom to top (shrimp, basil, mint, 米粉, carrots, cucumbers, red lettuce). Picture shows reverse order.
  • 12 Wrap carefully and tuck in sides.
  • 13 Serve with dipping sauce containing sugar, water, fish sauce, jalapeno.
