越式春卷是很健康。很簡單做的。

春卷皮

    Soak the 米粉 for 15 mins in hot water.

    Shred some carrots

    Shred some cucumbers. Do not use the insides.

    Coarsely chop some red lettuce.
  • 5
    Wash the mint and the basil.

    Boil some shrimp for 2 minutes in salted water. Drain and place in cold water to stop the cooking.

    Arrange everything onto a plate.

    These are the 越式春卷皮。

    Place the 春卷皮 in hot water for a few seconds.

    Place the ingredients in order from bottom to top (shrimp, basil, mint, 米粉, carrots, cucumbers, red lettuce). Picture shows reverse order.

    Wrap carefully and tuck in sides.
  • 13
    Serve with dipping sauce containing sugar, water, fish sauce, jalapeno.
