免油炸地瓜球

When I miss Taiwan that is what I always do. It's all due to my mum who loves this dessert that traps me to this, too. Unfried sweet potato balls, way healthier than traditional fried one. ENJOY!

將地瓜蒸軟爛,奶油隔水加熱至液體

將所有材料拌在一起

烤箱170度預熱,將麵團搓成小圓球狀(大約2cm),鋪上烘焙紙,一顆顆排好放入烤箱烘烤

約莫20分鐘就可以囉~看起來很Q唄~

這是參考羅比媽的食譜。放涼吃會更QQQQQQQQQQ (I am not crying) 喜歡奶油風味可以把橄欖油做替換唷!地瓜本身帶有糖味,我不喜歡太甜所以這個版本是比較低糖健康的,大家可以依個人喜好做調整
