Steps

Egg whites and granulated sugar are heated to 50°C in water

Whisk the heated egg whites at high speed until they are hard foaming *The harder the beating, the better

Meringue add almond flour, powdered sugar *At this time, you can add an appropriate amount of bamboo charcoal powder and black food coloring to make a suitable gray.

Gently press and mix until the batter is smooth *The fluidity of the batter can be referred to my other macaron films

Under the baking tray cloth is a drawing of the fat kitten, and the macarons are squeezed out according to the shape of the drawing

Preheat the oven to 100°C and use the oven to low temperature to help the macarons crust on the surface *About 3-5 minutes *The surface of the macaron will crack if it is baked without crust

Once the surface is crusted, preheat the oven to 160°C and bake for about 18 minutes
