蔴油菇Sesame Oil Fungus

描述
蔴油菇,用乾冬菇香味馥郁。用嚟炒菜,撈飯,撈麵,湯麵最後嘅點綴。簡單而美味。
Sesame oil mushrooms, with dried mushrooms, have a rich aroma. Use them to stir-fry, add to rice, noodles, or soup noodles as a garnish. Simple and delicious.
步驟

乾冬菇浸泡軟身洗乾淨。瀝乾水份切片。 Soak dried mushrooms until soft and wash thoroughly. Drain and slice.

白鑊文火,炒乾菇片。要炒到出香味及冇水份。 Heat the wok, fry mushroom slices over low heat until they are fragrant and no water is left.

炒乾菇片後,少了一半。 After frying the mushroom slices, half of them were gone.

炒好菇片攤凍 ,入樽。 Fry the mushroom slices, cool down and put them into the bottle.

加蔴油。又一定要蓋過菇片。 Add sesame oil. Make sure it covers the mushroom slices.
小撇步
一定要文火慢慢炒乾菇片直至冇水份。蔴油一定要片耐保存。可炒餸加豉油撈麵或飯。Must fry mushroom slowly, low heat until moisture is released. Make sure oil cover mushroom for preserved longer. Good for stir-fry.Add soy sauce to noodles,rice.
