蔴油薑Sesame Oil Ginger

描述
蔴油薑浸得夠時間,冇辣味只有香味。用嚟炒菜,撈飯,撈麵,湯麵最後嘅點綴。冇得頂。
The sesame oil and ginger is no spicy taste but only fragrance. Use it to stir-fry, rice, noodles, and use it as a garnish for soup noodles. It's the best.
步驟

有機薑洗乾淨,連皮切薄片。 Wash the organic ginger and cut it into thin slices with the skin.

白鑊文火,炒乾薑片。要炒到出香味及冇水份。 Heat the wok, fry the dried ginger slices over low heat until they are fragrant and no water is left.

炒乾生薑片後,少了一半。 After frying the ginger slices, half of them were gone.

炒好薑片攤凍 ,入樽。 Fry the ginger slices, cool down and put them into the bottle.

加麻油。又一定要蓋過薑片。 Add sesame oil. Make sure it covers the ginger slices.
小撇步
一定要文火慢慢炒乾薑片直至冇水份。蔴油一定要浸過薑片耐保存。可炒餸加豉油撈麵或飯。Must fry ginger slowly, low heat until moisture is released. Make sure oil cover ginger for preserved longer. Good for stir-fry.Add soy sauce to noodles, rice.
