蔘鬚枸杞雞湯~平補的雞湯,補氣增強抵抗力
描述
蔘鬚、枸杞燉雞,為一般平補滋養品,一年四季都適合食用。
枸杞~有多種維生素,能保護肝臟、強化造血功能、保護視力,使眼神明亮,肌膚紅潤。
蔘鬚~人蔘的鬚根部分,性質比人蔘溫和。適合一般體質的人食用,能調節體力、增強身體抵抗力,有安定精神及抗疲勞的作用。
紅棗~紅棗味甘、性溫,能補中益氣、養血生津。棗為脾之果,俗話說:「每天三顆棗,百歲不顯老」。幾乎所有滋補美容、調養生息的配方中,都包括紅棗這一味。

紅棗裡面,棗肉是屬於溫性 的,而棗核是屬於熱性的。如果燉湯的時候不把棗核給去掉的話,煮出來的湯水會比較燥,很容易引起上火等不良症狀。
