放入滾水中汆燙 Boil in boiling water

汆燙後剝去外皮 Peel off the skin after blanching

將蕃茄切片 slice the tomato

洋菇切半 Mushrooms cut in half

青蔥切小段 Sliced shallots

鍋熱,放入10cc-15cc油,放青蔥炒香 Heat the pan, add 10cc-15cc oil, add the shallots and fry until fragrant

加入蕃茄,炒至蕃茄開始軟化 Add the tomatoes and sauté until the tomatoes start to soften

再加入洋菇炒2分鐘 Add the mushrooms and fry for 2 minutes

用鹽調味 season with salt

拌炒均勻後裝盤~完成 Stir fry evenly and then put on a plate ~ done
