洋蔥切絲 Onion cut into thin strips

大蒜切末 finely chopped garlic

月桂葉剪碎 chopped bay leaves

將洋蔥絲與月桂葉抓拌均勻 Mix onion shreds and bay leaves

鱸魚身上斜切兩刀(兩面皆是),之後將魚放到烘焙紙上 Make two diagonal cuts on the sea bass (both sides), then place the fish on the parchment paper

將洋蔥及月桂葉塞入魚肚裡 Stuff the onion and bay leaf into the fish belly

在魚的表面刷上無鹽奶油 Brush the surface of the fish with unsalted butter

撒上胡椒粉 sprinkle with pepper

再撒上蒜末 Sprinkle with minced garlic

最後撒上洋香菜 Sprinkle with parsley at the end

將烘焙紙包起封口 Seal the parchment paper

烤箱預熱到200度,烘烤10分鐘,再以餘溫悶烤10分鐘 Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, bake for 10 minutes, then simmer at the remaining temperature for 10 minutes

烘烤完成,取出鱸魚,將烘焙紙打開~完成 Baking is complete, take out the sea bass, and open the baking paper ~ done
