杏鮑菇洗淨 用滾刀切塊

炒菜鍋裡放一片奶油

加入蒜蓉

小火炒香

加入杏鮑菇

杏鮑菇用中小火乾煎一下 煎至有點微焦

蓋上鍋蓋 悶煮一下 這時候 杏鮑菇會出一點水 煮熟後打開鍋蓋 (不用加水)

加入適量的鹽

灑上粗粒黑胡椒

灑上義大利香料 拌炒一下
