焗酥脆腰果 Bake Cashews

腰果加水加鹽,浸一小時,除雜質及異味。 Add water and salt to cashew nuts, soak for one hour to remove impurities and odors.

浸好的腰果易碎,小心輕手淘出。 The soaked cashews are fragile, so remove them with care.

可加少許油,焗出來颜色亮麗。 You can add a little oil to bake and it will be bright in color.

華氏180度( 攝氏80度)15分鐘先吹干,(以免外脆而裡面不熟,這個步驟很重要)180°F (80°C) for 15 minutes ( this step is very important. Make sure inside is crispy too.)

接著華氏400度( 攝氏200)焗12分鐘。至金黃。用氣炸鍋的滾筒, 自動翻滾。 Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 12 mins till golden. Use rotisserie from the air fryer, it rolls automatically.

放涼後入樽,脆脆的,一至兩週內吃完。 (通常不夠五天便吃完。再來。) Let it cool, put it in bottle. It's crunchy and eaten within 1~2 weeks. (It won’t last long than five days.)
