從冰箱裡取出藍芝士,同時烤香核桃; Remove the blue cheese from the fridge. Bake the walnut at the same time.

根據包裝盒標註時間煮意粉; Cook the spaghetti according to the time on the package.

在另一個煎鍋裡下橄欖油、忌廉和2湯勺意粉水; Pour olive oil, cream and some cooking water onto a big pan.

加入藍芝士煮至融化並大滾; Crumble the blue cheese into the sauce and stir gently until it has melted and brings to boil.

把煮好的意粉轉移至煎鍋裡撈幾分鐘; Add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce and stir to coat for few minutes.

撒上烘烤過的核桃; Serve with the toasted walnuts.
