步驟

將蝦仁放入碗中,加清酒/米酒麻油羅勒/迷迭香黑胡椒粗辣椒片攪拌後靜置。Put shrmp in bowl1 add sake/rice wn, ssm oil, basil/rsmy, blk pppr, crshd red pppr, stir, then let it soak

將番茄切八等分,洋蔥切碎,一起將蒜頭放入碗中。cut the tomatos+onion+garlic, and put it in another bowl.

將蛋打均勻. Stir the eggs in a 3rd bowl.

用麻油以七分火熱鍋後,下蛋液,翻炒直到約略超過七分熟。Heat a big pan with sesame oil untl starts sizzling, pour the stirred egg slowly n stir fry untl it's about med-well done

依序下番茄蝦仁,繼續炒約五分鐘後,Pour the 2nd bowl and then the 1st, continue frying about 5 min when you start to see the shrimps turn red, then...

轉小火悶煮5-10分鐘。Simmer for another 5-10 min.

手邊剛好沒蔥,不然加些會更好。可混搭干貝、蟹肉、或花枝等。Add some scallion if you have some. can replace or mix with scallops/ crab meat / squid ...etc
