馬鈴薯和蒜頭下鍋加入少許油煎至邊緣稍微燒焦. Lay potato into the pot with oil and garlic. Pan-fry till the edges are browned.

加入醬油, 水, 蜂蜜, 攪拌均勻後中小火煮至馬鈴薯軟化 (不要煮太久). Add soy sauce, honey, mix and cook until the potato is softened. (Don’t cook for too long.)

灑上白芝麻. Sprinkle white sesame on top.
