1Rinse chicken and drain. Cut it in big pieces. Marinade with salt and set aside for 15 mins.
2Pan fried the chicken with skin facing down until the color change. Remove chicken from pan.
3Use the same pan with chicken oil in it to fried the Red and Yellow bell pepper for 2 mins Add frozen vegetables fried until cooked
4Put the chicken back in the pan. Add sugar 10g, soy sauce 15cc and Black vinegar 60cc. Stir in caltrop starch solution to thicken the sauce slightly
