五花肉切小塊, ”醃料” 和五花肉醃約30分鐘. Cut pork belly into small pieces. Mix “Marinate mix” and pork belly for 30 minutes.

醃好的肉下鍋稍微炒半熟. Put all mixture into the pot and fried until half cooked.

加入剩下的醬油, 水和蜂蜜, 炒至均勻收汁. Add the rest of the soy sauce, water and honey. Cook until thicken.
