步驟

將馬鈴薯及雞胸肉切片 (用食物處理機或者自行用刀子切) Slice the potatos and chicken breasts (Either with food processer or slice on your own)

烤箱預熱 350°F/ 180°C. 將材料依序放進焗烤盤: 馬鈴薯, 雞肉, 起司, 雞粉. Heat oven to 350°F/ 180°C. Layer down the ingredients as follow: Potato, chicken, cheese, Chi.stock.

最後將碎起司鋪在最上層. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on the top layer.

用鋁箔紙將烤盤包起來放進烤箱烤30分鐘, 將鋁箔紙拿開再繼續考20分鐘, 或烤至起泡. Cover and bake 30 minutes; uncover and bake for another 20 minutes or until sauce bubbles.
