將豬肩肉拿出來在室溫放約30分鐘到一小時. Take your pork roast out of the fridge and let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes to an hour.

預熱烤箱350°F / 177°C. Preheat oven to 350°F / 177°C.

烤箱在預熱當中, 切蒜頭後和其他香料混合. Meanwhile, mince garlic and mix with all the other seasonings.

把混和好的香料均勻的抹上豬肩肉. Rub the mix liberally all over the roast.

將豬肩肉放進烤盤中, 用錫箔紙蓋起. Put the roast in a large roasting pan, and cover.

豬肩肉放進烤箱後烤約40分鐘, 或直到豬肉內部溫度到達150°F / 65°C. Roast for about 40 minutes or until internal temperature of the pork reaches around 150°F / 65°C.
