The Hakka grass jelly mixed with nice ingredients produces a refreshing and cooling drink, which makes it typically consumed during extremely hot weather.

濃縮咖啡espresso
125克g
龍舌蘭糖漿syrup
1茶匙tsp
牛奶milk
125克g
仙草凍grass jelly
100毫升ml

    準備沖泡一杯義式咖啡; Prepare to brew a nice cup of espresso.

    用刀子切割之前一晚做好的仙草凍; Cut the grass jelly (already made in advance) with a sharp knife.

    高身杯子裡先下糖漿,再加入沖好的咖啡; In a tall glass, add organic blue agave syrup and espresso.

    加入牛奶; Followed by milk.

    接著加入仙草凍; And then grass jelly.

    加入適量冰塊; Some ice cubes would be lovely.
