培根櫛瓜起司煎蛋
描述
櫛瓜混合著培根的油香,加上起司、蛋香,家人都說太好吃了
步驟

櫛瓜1條,切成0.5公分厚的圓片 1 zucchini, cut into 0.5 cm thick round slices

培根2片,切成條狀 2 slices bacon, cut into strips

小番茄6顆,剖半 6 small tomatoes, halved

雞蛋2顆,打入碗中 2 eggs, beaten into a bowl

加入1/4小匙鹽 Add 1/4 tsp salt

1/4小匙白胡椒粉 1/4 tsp ground white pepper

將雞蛋打散與調味料混合均勻 Beat eggs and mix well with seasoning

鍋燒熱,加入2大匙橄欖油 Heat a pan and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil

放入培根片 add bacon slices

放入櫛瓜 put zucchini
