  • For easy cleaning, cover the sheet pan with heavy duty aluminum foil. Put rack in the sheet pan.

  • Cut the short rib into 3 pieces in between bones. Marinate in Korean BBQ sauce for 10 minutes or longer if you prefer.

  • Put the short ribs on the rack and bake in oven at 400 Fahrenheit for 15 minutes. Flip to the other side and bake for another 2 minutes.

I used about half bottle of the Korean BBQ sauce to marinate the short ribs. Use dishwasher to wash the oven safe rack.
