玉米蘿蔔排骨湯
描述
排骨煮去血沫後再熬煮,充分去除了肉裡的血腥味,且煮出來的湯頭不混濁味鮮甜。再搭配蘿蔔、玉米去煮,喝起來味美香甜。

排骨撒上麵粉抓勻後用清水沖洗乾淨 Sprinkle the ribs with flour and wash them with clean water

將排骨放入冷水中煮出血沫 Boil the ribs in cold water

將煮出的血沫撈除 Remove the boiled blood foam

用溫水將排骨上的血沫、雜質清洗乾淨 Wash the blood foam and impurities on the ribs with warm water

白蘿蔔切塊 diced white radish

甜玉米切小塊 sweet corn diced

煮一鍋滾水,將排骨放入滾水中熬煮20分鐘 Boil a pot of boiling water, put the ribs into the boiling water and cook for 20 minutes

20分鐘後將白蘿蔔及玉米放入,再熬煮30分鐘 After 20 minutes, add the white radish and corn, and cook for another 30 minutes
