準備食材啦 真的很簡單 喜歡鮭魚的多放鮭魚 喜歡吃飯的多放飯 - salmon portions - brown onion - rice, heated - chicken stock - asparagus

來處理食材 - 鮭魚,去皮skin off - 洋蔥切碎 onion, finely chopped - 飯,可以用即食飯(微波爐加熱那種)或隔夜飯,或現做的 rice - 雞湯 我用雞粉沖開水 chicken stock, heated - 一束蘆筍 切尾 對切 halved lengthways

Place a greased frying pan over medium heat. Add the salmon and cook for 3 mins each side or until cooked through. 中火熱油鍋,放入鮭魚,一面三分鐘,或至煎熟為止。

Transfer to a plate and cover with foil to keep warm. 轉至盤子,並且用錫箔紙蓋著保溫。

Heat a large greased heavy-based saucepan over medium-high heat. Cook the onion for 3-4 mins or until soft. 中高溫加熱,放入洋蔥翻炒3-4分鐘至軟。

Add the rice and stir to combine. 加入飯,繼續翻炒。

Add 60 ml stock and cook, stirring, until the liquid is absorbed 加入 1/4 雞湯, 煮到飯吸乾所有雞湯為止。

Add another 180 ml stock, in batches, stirring, until the liquid is absorbed. 剩餘的3/4 雞精,分次加入,每次煮到收乾為止。

Add the asparagus to the rice and cook for 1-2 mins / tender. 加入蘆筍,煮1-2分鐘,到蘆筍軟為止。 Flake the salmon and arrange over the rice mixture. 出鍋,把剛剛的鮭魚撥片,上桌。
