步驟

將木耳和香菇用熱水泡軟. Soften the black fungus and shiitake mushrooms with hot water.

豆腐, 紅蘿蔔, 切絲. 木耳, 香菇切段. Shred tofu, carrot. Black fungus, mushrooms cut into strips.

白胡椒粉和醋混合. 太白粉和水攪拌均勻. 蛋攪拌均勻備用. Mix white pepper and vinegar. Mix corn starch and water. Boil carrots, shiitake, black fungus, and tofu.

水, 紅蘿蔔, 香菇, 木耳, 豆腐放進鍋裡煮開. Boil carrots, shiitake, black fungus, and tofu.

加入鹽和醬油. Add salt and soy sauce.

將蛋加入慢慢攪拌成蛋花. Mix in the egg and stir slowly.

放入辣椒. Add chili pepper.

加入太白粉水, 快速攪拌煮開. Add corn starch water, stir quickly and bring to boil.

重要: 要喝之前再加入白胡椒粉和醋混和水. (這兩樣煮太久會無味.) (English instruction below.)
