山藥排骨湯(月子補)

處理山藥: (記得戴手套! 別像我一樣忘記, 手會超癢的喔!)將山藥用菜瓜布刷掉鬚鬚. 換水 (半醋半水)將皮削掉. 滾刀備用. (English instruction below)

Peel Chinese yam: (Wear gloves!) Brush off the roots with scrubs. Chang Change the water to half water half vinegar, peel then cut into bite size.

排骨放入⽔中煮滾川燙掉雜質. Boil the spareribs to get rid of the extra blood and fat.

排骨跟姜稍微拌炒後加水煮滾. 小火悶煮約20 分鐘. Pan-fry spareribs and ginger for a little and then add water, bring to boil. Lower the heat to simmer for 20 mins.

加入山藥, 枸杞和鹽煮滾後繼續小火煮5分鐘. Add Chinese yam, Wolfberry and salt, bring to boil. Lower the heat and cook for another 5 mins.
