Cordia mit Fish
1Put a little salt on fish, then with rice wine for removing the gamy,and left 20 mins. tips:Cordia sauce is salty,so no need much salt.
2Peel Ginger and green shallots.
3Put slice ginger, slice green shallots and cordia sauce on fish.
4Put chopsticks under the fish. Put some water in deeper pan,and boil the water. Steam 10 mins,and leave it without fire in 3 mins.
