步驟

糯米稍微洗一下後, 泡水2-3小時.倒掉多餘的水. Rinse sticky rice and soak for 2-3 hours. Then dump the water.

乾燥香菇泡熱水泡軟後切碎. 肉加入”醃料. Soak shiitake with hot water, once soft cut into small pieces. Ground pork marinate with “Marinate”.

鍋中倒入適量的油, 放入醃好的肉, 油蔥酥, 香菇, 炒香, 加鹽炒均勻後關火. Heat up a pan and add oil, then add the marinated meat, dried onion, shiitake mushroom.

將步驟3加入電鍋裡, 加入醬油, 高湯. 全部拌勻後放入電鍋煮30分鐘. (English instruction below)

Put step 3 into the sticky rice pot, Add soy sauce and chicken stock. Mix everything and cook 30 mins with rice cooker.

時間到後開鍋攪拌一下. (試試看夠不夠軟, 如果不夠軟趁熱再悶10分鐘.) (English instruction below)

Once done, open the rice cooker and mix everything. (Try a little to make sure the rice is fully cooked, if not, steam for another 10 mins.)
