將培根放進大的烤盤中, 放進冷的烤箱 (中架). 設定烤箱400F / 200 C. 烤約15-20分鐘.看看培根夠不夠脆, 如果有脆度就ok了.

Put bacon strips on a large baking pan and place on middle rack of a COLD oven. Set the temperature to 400 degrees. Bake for 15-20 minutes.

將碎薯餅放進主要烤盤中. 將少許培根的油加入攪拌. 烤約15分鐘.

Prepare another baking pan, pour hashbrowns into the pan, stir some bacon grease into the hashbrowns, and bake for 15 mins.

Chop green onion, shred carrot. Set aside.

Chop bacon into small pieces. Mix everything including seasoning with hashbrowns. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Bake an additional 5 minutes.
