炸鍋加油後加熱至350度F (176 C.) Add oil to deep fryer and heat oil to 350 degrees F. (176 C.)

準備大攪拌盆, 加入黃玉米粉, 麵粉, 糖, 泡打粉和鹽. 稍微攪拌. In a large mixing bowl, add the cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir together.

加入打散的蛋, 白脫鮮乳, 油和蜂蜜. 攪拌均勻. Then add the beaten egg, buttermilk, oil and honey. Stir until combined.

將熱狗用餐巾紙擦乾. Wipe them all dry with a paper towel.

Take each hot dog and dunk it into the batter, coating all of the hot dog. Immediately place it into the hot oil. Turn as necessary.

炸約2-3分鐘, 或炸至表面深金黃色即可. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until all sides are deep golden brown.

炸熱狗拿出瀝乾. Remove from hot oil to drain grease.
