轉涼的日子基本上就找不到洛神花了,即使有也沒有最初的嫩,做蜜餞似乎是唯一的選擇。

食材

步驟

  • 只把新鮮洛神花的花萼掰出,洗乾淨;

  • 把洛神花花萼放入玻璃瓶內,先放一層蜂蜜;

  • 搖勻,蓋好,室溫密漬48小時,每天搖晃一下,使其均勻;
