冷萃咖啡Cold brew coffee

每當家裡的咖啡存量很低的時候,就有很多人送來,這時,最好就用來冷泡,不酸不澀,蠻不錯。
Instead of buying the over-priced coffee, you can home make it. There's no great secret at all, just two ingredients with the ratio of coffee to water 1:5.

把咖啡豆研磨,不需要很細緻; Grind the coffee beans coarsely.

把咖啡粉和過濾冷水混合於一個瓶子(A)裡,置於雪櫃冷泡一晚; In a jar, add coffee powder and filtered cold water, mix well, sit overnight for more than 12 hours.

準備另一個瓶子(B),把咖啡倒進去,沈澱的咖啡粉會留在(A)瓶底;再靜置一會兒; Pour the coffee into another jar (without filter paper) and sit for sometime.

再把咖啡倒進已洗淨的瓶子(A),咖啡隨時可以喝了;完全不需要濾紙; Pour the coffee back to the cleaned jar.

依喜好加入糖漿或者牛奶製成各種咖啡。 Create your own coffee by adding syrup or milk.
