白蘑菇沖洗乾淨,切片,炒香,加調味料; Clean and slice the mushrooms, fry for few mins till tender.

意粉放進加了鹽的大滾水並按包裝上的時間煮; Cook pasta in deep salted water (check the time on the packaging). Make sure the pasta is cooked w/o sticking together.

煮意粉的同時把蘑菇濃湯煮熱; Pan heat the creamy bacon and mushroom sauce.

意粉撈乾水份後倒在大盤子裡面,灑點橄欖油以免黏著; Rinse the pasta and place into a big plate, sprinkle some olive oil to prevent from sticking together.

把煮熱的蘑菇濃湯淋在意粉上面; Pour the boiled creamy bacon and mushroom sauce onto the pasta evenly.

把炒好的新鮮蘑菇也倒在上面; Pour in also the cooked mushroom.

最後加入mozzarella粒粒,拌勻; And tiny mozzarella balls as well, mix thoroughly.

澳大利亞的羊肉出了名肉質鮮美,隨意煎香; Pan fry lamb steak with some dry rosemary.

灑上迷迭香和黑胡椒粉,翻另一面再煎數分鐘; Flip over and fry the other side for few mins.

切開呈現粉紅色即可上碟; If the meat can be cut easily, that means you cook it nicely.

在寒風中享受簡單的兩味足以禦寒; These two dishes keep us warm.

蘸點黃芥末或薄荷醬享用; Serve with mustard sauce or mint sauce or simply without any condiment.
