牛油半杯 1/2 cup butter
黄糖1杯 1 cup packed brown sugar
檸檬皮茸 1 1/2 茶匙 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon zest
雞蛋1隻 1 egg
半杯芝麻炒或焗香 1/2 cup sesame seeds, toasted
麵粉1杯 1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4茶匙泡打粉 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 預熱焗爐華氏350度, 焗盤塗油或焗盤紙。 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) Grease cookie sheets. Set aside.
  • 2 芝麻均勻舖滿焗盤,焗10〜15分鐘至微黃。離爐放涼。調焗爐華氏375度。 Spread sesame seeds in 9x9 inch baking pan. Toast in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from oven and cool. Increase oven temperature to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • 3 牛油焗溶,待微涼,加糖,檸檬皮茸,蛋,芝麻,麵粉,泡打粉拌勻成團䊢。 Melt butter and cool a bit. Stir in sugar, lemon rind, egg, sesame seeds, flour, and baking powder.
  • 4 半茶匙團䊢一球,每兩吋隔一球,排滿一盤。焗7〜10分鐘至金黃。待涼。 Drop by 1/2 teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheets, leaving about 2 inches between each cookie. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 1 to 2 minutes before removing from cookie sheets. Cool cookies on wire racks.
