漂亮簡單美味的Chocolate Frosting.
蛋糕體為【超美味香蕉蛋糕】 我用了兩倍材料,做19個cupcake,烤箱溫度350F,時間20分鐘

份量10人份以上 烹調時間20分鐘


Chocolate 12oz
Unsalted Butter 1 1/2 Cup
Heavy Whipping Cream 4-6 TBS
  • 1 In a double boiler, melt chocolate and butter together. Stir well. 奶油和巧克力隔水加熱到融化,
  • 2Place in either the freezer or fridge until it cools, stirring and scraping the sides every few minutes to keep the chocolate from hardening on the sides. 放到冰箱或冷凍櫃讓它冷卻,每隔幾分鐘就要攪拌一次,避免巧克力硬掉.到完全涼.約25分鐘
  • 3Using a kitchen mixer or a hand beater, beat the chocolate for about 1 minute, it will become lighter in color right away用打蛋器打到奶油巧克力顏色變淡.
  • 4Add in 4-6 TBS of heavy whipping cream, and beat. You can use milk if you would like, 加入4-6大匙的35%cream,繼續打到硬.
  • 5裝進擠花袋,花嘴選擇如圖片.
