Slice pork and ginger

Add ginger to hot oil first

Stir fried pork with ginger and oil

Add taro and stir fried a bit

Add filtered water

Around half amount, water is to boil the water

Medium heat to boil the taro, have taro to soak up the water

Cover it to boil the taro

When taro looks mushy, add 2 spoon of salt, and 1 spoon of MSG, to soak up the taro

Cook a bit more. If too much salt, add a cup of hot water.
