鮮蛤冬瓜排骨湯
描述
簡易煲湯~排骨煮出濃白湯,搭配冬瓜與蛤蜊的鮮,營養好喝。
冬瓜性味甘淡而涼,對痰積、口渴不止、煩躁等現象有效。
蛤蜊性味寒鹹,能滋養五臟、開胃進食,促進肝經脈的血液循環。
冬瓜搭配蛤蜊,能補強清心滋肝的效果,改善肝氣、順暢營血。

步驟

準備一碗清水,加入少許鹽巴,將300克蛤蜊放入鹽水中吐沙 Prepare a bowl of clear water, add a little salt, put 300 grams of clams into the salt water and spit sand

300克排骨,加入1小杓麵粉,用手抓揉一下,讓麵粉將排骨上的雜質吸附起來 Add 1 small scoop of flour to the ribs, and knead with your hands to let the flour absorb impurities
