描述

簡易煲湯~排骨煮出濃白湯,搭配冬瓜與蛤蜊的鮮,營養好喝。
冬瓜性味甘淡而涼,對痰積、口渴不止、煩躁等現象有效。
蛤蜊性味寒鹹,能滋養五臟、開胃進食,促進肝經脈的血液循環。
冬瓜搭配蛤蜊,能補強清心滋肝的效果,改善肝氣、順暢營血。
