楓糖漿冰淇淋

描述
用簡單的楓糖漿及牛奶、鮮奶油,做出好吃的冰淇淋。

步驟

300cc動物性鮮奶油倒入碗中 300cc heavy cream into a bowl
-
加入10g細砂糖 Add 10g caster sugar

將動物性鮮奶油打發 Whipped heavy cream

打發到舉起攪拌器會出現直立的三角 Beat until you lift the mixer and an upright triangle will appear
-
在打發的鮮奶油中,加入300cc牛奶 In the whipped cream, add 300cc milk
-
再加入50cc楓糖漿 Add 50cc maple syrup

將所有材料混合 Mix all ingredients

接著將入0.1g鹽,混合均勻 Then add 0.1g of salt and mix well

用保鮮膜包住碗口,放入冷凍2小時 Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours

2小時後取出,將已結凍跟未結凍的冰淇淋混合,之後再冷凍2小時 Remove after 2 hours, mix frozen and unfrozen ice cream, then freeze for 2 hours

2小時後,再次取出,同前一個步驟,混合已結凍跟未結凍的冰淇淋,再冷凍2小時 Take out the ice cream after 2 hours, mix the ice cream as in the previous step, then freeze for another 2 hours

2小時後,取出冰淇淋,先將冰淇淋刮鬆 After 2 hours, take out the ice cream and scrape the ice cream first

再用攪拌器攪打到冰淇淋沒有大塊的冰晶 Then use a mixer to whip the ice cream until there are no large ice crystals

將冰淇淋倒入保鮮盒,冷凍六小時以上 Pour the ice cream into the crisper and freeze for more than six hours

完成~享用的時候,在冰淇淋上淋些楓糖漿 Done ~ Drizzle some maple syrup over the ice cream while enjoying
