草莓煉乳冰淇淋

加了煉乳的草莓冰淇淋,更加清爽,好吃。

160cc牛奶倒入碗中 160cc milk into a bowl

加入160cc煉乳 Add 160cc condensed milk

混合均勻後,放入冰箱冷藏 After mixing, put it in the refrigerator

動物性鮮奶油倒入碗中,加入40g砂糖,打發後冷藏。 Pour heavy cream into a bowl, add 40g of sugar, and refrigerate after whisking.

草莓倒入果汁機,加入10cc檸檬汁,打成果泥。 Pour strawberries into a blender, add 10cc lemon juice, and puree.

分3-4次將鮮奶油加入牛奶中,並充分混合。 Add the whipped cream to the milk in 3-4 batches and mix well.

接著將草莓果泥分3-4次加入,每一次都要混合。 Then add the strawberry puree in 3-4 additions, mixing each time.

混合完成,將草莓煉乳冰淇淋液放入冷凍庫冰凍3小時。 After mixing is complete, put the strawberry condensed milk ice cream in the freezer for 3 hours.

3小時後第一次取出冰淇淋,混合已結凍跟未結凍的部分,之後再放入冷凍3小時。 Take it out after 3 hours, mix the frozen and unfrozen parts, and put in the freezer for another 3 hours.

3小時後,第二次取出冰淇淋,再次混合已結凍跟未結凍部分。 After 3 hours, take out the ice cream a second time and mix the frozen and unfrozen parts again.

將冰淇淋倒入保鮮盒中,冷凍5-6小時,就完成了。 Pour the ice cream into the crisper, freeze for 5-6 hours, and you're done.

取出冷凍後的冰淇淋,都要充分攪拌,這樣冰淇淋液的溫度才會一致,且可以將空氣打入冰淇淋液中。重複冰凍跟攪打的次數越多,冰淇淋會越綿密喔。
