紅蘿蔔切小塊. Cut carrot into small pieces.

放進碗裡蒸熟. Steam carrot until completely soft.

用果汁機或者子彈機將紅蘿蔔打碎. (如果太乾可以加水.) Use blender or magic bullet to blend all carrots. (If it’s too dry you can add the water.)

放進食物模裡冷凍直到要吃的時候. Put into containers and freeze until ready to use.
