備料: 雞肉切小塊, 青蔥切段, 櫛瓜切塊. Prepare all ingredients: Dice chicken, cut green onion and zucchini.

油鍋中加入青蔥, 雞肉, 稍微拌炒. In an oiled frying pan, add green onion, chicken, mix slightly.

加入香油, 醬油, 糖, 蠔油後繼續拌炒. Add sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, oyster sauce, continue to cook.

加入腰果, 炒至腰果呈金黃色. Put cashew into the pot, pan-fry till the cashew is golden.

最後加入櫛瓜, 上鍋蓋悶約3分鐘或直至櫛瓜煮熟. Finally add zucchini, close the lid and shimmer for roughly 3 mins.
