步驟

蒜頭切碎先放旁邊. Chop Garlic and set aside.

鹽和黑胡椒, 紅椒粉都撒在三文魚上, 將調味料均於按摩至三文魚. Season salmon with Salt, pepper and paprika, massage the seasonings onto the salmon.

煎鍋中加入奶油, 蒜泥, 蜂蜜, 水, 最後加入醬油, 攪拌均勻. Melt butter in the frying pan then add garlic, honey, water and soy sauce, mix well.

將三文魚排放入煎鍋中. (如果你的三文魚跟我的一樣有皮的話, 先煎熟後會很容易撥下來喔!) (English translation below.)

Put salmon steaks unto the frying pan. (If your salmon has skin like mine, pan fry it first then it’ll be easy to peel off!)

將每一面都煎熟. Make sure each side is cooked through.
