1全部食材放到麵包機裡揉成糰。Place all ingredients into the bread maker to make a dough (approx. 20min)
2將麵糰放入盆內蓋上鮮膜發酵30分鐘。 Place the dough into a container, cover with glad wrap and let it rise for 30 min.
3把發好的麵糰搓揉成小麵糰，蓋上保鮮膜再醒10分鐘。Separate the big dough into small size balls (approx. 70-80 balls). Cover with glad wrap and leave for 10 min.
4鬆餅機預熱後把小麵糰放進去烤，大概2分鐘上色就完成了。 Preheat the waffle machine and place the small balls on the machine for baking. Bake for approx. 2min or til coloured.
5放進烤箱用150度再烤10分鐘會更脆更香喔！ Bake in the oven @ 150C for 10minutes to make them more crispy & tasty!
