烤箱預熱 390F/200C. Pre-heat oven for 390F/200C.

攪拌盆加入低筋麵粉, 泡打粉, 和鹽. 慢速攪拌約20秒. Add cake flour, baking powder and salt into the mixing bowl. Slow mix for 20 secs.

再加入蛋, 鮮奶, 植物油, 最後加入煉乳. 攪拌均勻. Add egg, milk, vegetable oil, finally add condensed milk. Mix very well.

準備馬芬烤盤, 將馬芬紙先放入烤盤中. 加入蛋糕液. (加約半高就好, 不然等等會滿出來.) Prepare the muffin pan with liners lay down first. Use scoop to slowly put the mixture into the pan.

放入烤箱烤20-25分鐘. (測試馬芬烤好了沒, 拿竹籤插進蛋糕底部,若拿出來完全不沾,表示已烤好.) (English Instruction below)

Put into the oven and bake for 20-25 mins. (To test if the muffin is ready, a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean.)

跟烤盤一起放涼幾分鐘後, 將馬芬一個個拿出來後放到盤子上放至全涼. Leave the muffins in the pan to cool for a few mins and transfer to a plate to cool completely.
