清炒菠菜 Panfry Spinach

步驟

將菠菜切段 洗乾淨, 大蒜拍扁去皮. Cut spinach into bite size, wash. Crush the garlic cloves with the flat of a knife then remove the skin.

炒鍋中入油和大蒜, 炒香. Add oil and garlic to frying pan, and fry until fragrant.

加入菠菜, 轉中火, 蓋上蓋子悶兩分鐘. Add spinach, turn the heat to medium and close the lid and cook for 2 mins.

開蓋後稍微拌炒, 加鹽攪拌均勻. Open the lid and mix a little then add salt, mix well and turn off the heat.
