牛肉馬鈴薯Beef withPotato

1將兩大匙油加入鍋裡, 熱鍋, 加入馬鈴薯煮至馬鈴薯幾乎熟透, 稍稍攪拌. (約10分鐘)

2Heat about 2 tbsp. of oil in a large skillet. Add potatoes and cook until slightly browned and mostly cooked through stirring occasionally. (10 mins)

3加入牛絞肉煮熟, 一邊把牛絞肉切碎, 將馬鈴薯和牛肉拌均 (約10分鐘)

4Add ground beef to potatoes and brown, split it up into very small pieces and stir (10 minutes).

5肉和馬鈴薯完全熟透後, 關火, 加入1小匙鹽(或醬油), 黑胡椒, 攪拌均勻. 可加入更多鹽或醬油自行調味. 搭配蔬菜和飯一起吃.

6Once everything is fully cooked, turn off the heat and add about 1 tsp of salt (or soy sauce), black pepper then mix well. Add more salt if desired.
