蔬菜雞湯Chicken soup

雞湯裡面含有豐富的蔬菜,絕對不失為一道值得常做的湯品。
I call this easy recipe a break from the heavy food in any season. If you add a little bit pasta, you can treat it a simple meal with lots of nutrients.

份量7人份 烹調時間60分鐘

食材

雞chicken 1隻pc
水water 1.8升L
洋蔥onion 1個pc
蒜頭garlic 整個whole
青椒green pepper 1個pc
西芹parsley 1辦pc
翠玉瓜zucchini 1個pc
番茄tomato 3個pcs
中筋麵粉plain flour 2湯匙tbs
黑胡椒粉b. pepper 1/2茶匙tsp
鹽salt 2茶匙tsp
  • 1水滾後把洗乾淨的整隻雞放進去中小火煮20分鐘,再浸泡10分鐘,撈起; Simmer the chicken in the boiling water for 20 mins, soak for another 10 mins, drain.
  • 2翠玉瓜切條狀,其餘材料切粒備用; Cut all vegetables into cubes except zucchini in slice.
  • 3以橄欖油炒軟洋蔥西芹和青椒; Stir fry onion, parsley and green pepper with some olive oil.
  • 4加入翠玉瓜絲略炒; Slightly stir after combination of zucchini slices.
  • 5撒入麵粉,再翻數下; Sprinkle plain flour and well combine.
  • 6整隻雞只取雞胸肉,切粒後倒進湯裡; Take only the chicken breast, cut finely, add to the soup.
  • 7加入番茄粒煮10分鐘; And add tomato dices to boil for 10 mins.
  • 8以鹽和黑胡椒粉調味; Season with salt and black pepper powder.
  • 9讓少吃蔬菜的人多喝此湯。 Such healthy soup can be repeated every week by changing different vegetables.
  • 10龍舌蘭咖啡,香醇! Warm coffee with organic blue agave, so aromatic!
